1 : Editorial Policy

ARV Journals maintains a strict editorial policy ensuring the integrity, transparency, and quality of all published research. Every manuscript undergoes a rigorous peer-review process managed by qualified experts in the field. The editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance.


2 : Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts are subject to peer review process to ensure impartial evaluation. Reviewers remain anonymous to the authors, and vice versa. The process typically involves two or more independent reviewers and may include revisions before acceptance.


3 : Ethical Policy

ARV Journals adheres to the ethical standards recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors are expected to:

  • Submit original and unpublished work.
  • Properly cite all referenced materials.
  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted material. Any cases of plagiarism, data falsification, or unethical research conduct will result in rejection or retraction of the paper.

4 : Copyright Policy

Authors submitting manuscripts confirm that their work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Upon acceptance, authors retain copyright to their work and grant the publisher a non-exclusive right to publish and distribute the article under the Creative Commons Attribution-No Derivatives (CC BY-ND).

Reprints are published under the CC BY 4.0 license, maintaining full attribution to the original author(s) and source. Each reprinted article clearly states its original citation, DOI, and license information.


5 : Plagiarism Policy

Manuscripts are screened using reliable plagiarism detection software before review. A similarity index of less than 15% (excluding references) is mandatory for consideration. Submissions exceeding this threshold will be returned for revision or rejected outright.


6 : Withdrawal And Retraction Policy

  • Withdrawal : Authors may request withdrawal before acceptance with valid justification.
  • Retraction : Papers may be retracted post-publication if found to contain major ethical or scientific violations.
  • Retraction notices will remain permanently accessible on the journal’s website.

7 : Privacy And Confidentiality

ARV Journals values the confidentiality of all submissions and the anonymity of reviewers. Personal data of authors, reviewers, and editors are used solely for editorial purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties.


8 : Publication Frequency

Each journal under ARV Journals follows a regular publication schedule (biannual, triannual), as stated on the respective journal’s page.


9 : Fees And Charges

ARV Journals does not levy any fees for submission, review, or publication. This approach ensures that research remains accessible, and fully supported, fostering the advancement of knowledge without financial barriers for authors.


10 : Archiving Policy

All published content is digitally archived in secure repositories to ensure long-term preservation and accessibility of scholarly works.
